Conscious Alignment Coaching Circles

 

Monthly coaching circles for women in business and busy professionals who are ready to step back, think clearly and lead with greater intention. Designed to help you realign your priorities, decisions, and business structure with your values, purpose and goals - so your business feels not just successful, but truly aligned with who you are.


Purpose: Help women realign priorities, decisions, leadership approach and business structure with their values, purpose and goals so the business/role fits the woman leading it.


Format:

  • 1-hour structured virtual coaching circles that you will leave with strategies to implement straight away
  • Maximum 6 participants
  • One session per month (additional circles will be added on demand)
  • Time: 12-1pm AEDT


Network and meet with other women to explore challenges and opportunities in an inclusive environment.

March 30th

Align Your Business Goals with Personal Values

  

Your values are your non-negotiable rules for life. But are they truly reflected in the goals you’re pursuing in your business/role?


When there is misalignment between what matters most to you and what you are working towards, motivation drops, decisions become harder, and goals often remain unrealised.


Before the year moves too far ahead, this coaching circle will help you identify your top five core values and examine your business and professional goals for 2026 through that lens.


Outcome:
Clearer priorities and goals that genuinely energise your effort throughout the year.

April 27th

 Align Your Top Strengths around where you invest your time 

 

Do you know your top five strengths - the natural talents that enable you to perform at your best? Many business owners spend too much time in work that doesn’t fully utilise their strengths, leaving their greatest potential underused.

This coaching circle will help you examine where your time is currently invested and assess whether those activities truly leverage your unique strengths and capabilities.


NOTE: There will be an additional fee of AU$40 to get your Top 5 Strengths report done.


Together we will identify:

  • where your strengths create the  most value
  • where you may be stuck in lower-value work
  • and how to realign your time toward higher-impact activities


Outcome:  Greater focus on the work that amplifies your strengths and drives the      most meaningful results.

May 26th

 Align your identity with a business owner mindset 

  

Many people run a business but still think and operate like an employee.

They stay busy doing the work but rarely step back to lead the business with clarity, confidence and authority.


This coaching circle will help you examine how you currently see yourself in your business and where your mindset may still be limiting your leadership.

We’ll explore what it truly means to think, decide and act like the business owner, including:

  • taking ownership of strategic  decisions
  • setting clear expectations and boundaries
  • and stepping more confidently into your leadership role.


Outcome:
A stronger sense of authority, confidence and clarity in how you lead your business.


June 24th

 Align Communication with Leadership Intent 

  

As a business owner or leader, your communication sets the tone for how your business operates. Yet many women find themselves holding back from saying what really needs to be said - whether that’s setting clearer expectations with clients, having honest conversations with team members and partners, or expressing their leadership perspective with confidence.


This coaching circle will explore the alignment between what you intend as a leader and how that intention is communicated to others. We will look at where hesitation, over-accommodation, or unclear messaging may be creating unnecessary friction in your business.


Outcome: Greater confidence in your leadership voice and clear communication that strengthens relationships, expectations and business outcomes. 

July 21st

 Mid-Year Realignment 

  

Halfway through the year is the perfect moment to pause and reflect. Many business owners push forward relentlessly, even when something isn’t working as well as it should.


This coaching circle offers a structured opportunity to step back and review the first half of the year. Together we’ll explore what is working well, what may be out of alignment, and where adjustments could create greater clarity and momentum for the months ahead.


Outcome: Renewed clarity and a realigned plan for the second half of the year that reflects your priorities, capacity, and direction.

August 18th

 Align Capacity with Ambition 

  

Ambition can be a powerful driver of growth, but when ambition outpaces capacity, it can quickly lead to pressure, fatigue, and frustration.


This coaching circle invites you to explore the relationship between what you want to achieve in your business/role and the resources available to support that growth - including your time, energy, team, and systems.


Rather than asking you to scale back your ambitions, we’ll focus on creating alignment between vision and capacity so that progress feels sustainable, energising, and achievable.

September 15th

This coaching circle invites you to revisit the strategic direction of your business and consider how it aligns with your purpose for your clients, your community, and your own life.


When strategy is aligned with meaning, motivation becomes more sustainable and leadership feels more purposeful and authentic.

A clearer connection between your strategic direction and the meaningful impact you want your work to create.

December 8th

 Integrate, Reflect and Close the Year Aligned 

  

Before moving into the next year, it’s important to pause and acknowledge the progress that has been made. Reflection creates the space to recognise both achievements and the lessons that have shaped your leadership and business over the past 12 months.


In this final coaching circle, we will look back at the year through the lens of alignment. What shifts have you made? Where have you grown? And what insights do you want to carry forward into 2026?


Closing the year with intention allows you to step into the next chapter with greater clarity, confidence, and alignment.

A clear understanding of your key leadership insights from the year and the alignment priorities you want to carry into the year ahead.
